10 grams in two joints? Maybe cheech and chong big bambus....thats a huge amount for just two joints...
That's how much they know, that would be two humoungous joints. Like the way they roll though! Figures that they's find a way to get money out of people. If they go medical marijuana route it wouldn't be taxable. That's why Washington state and Colorado went all out legal so they could tax it.
criminal citations can be issued to person with under 10 grams. just see you in court.
The way forward is to legalize it, regulate it and tax it. Then lower my taxes.
Legalize it, tax and regualte it, and release those in prisons for non-violent crimes so that repeat violent offenders can be jailed for the whole term of their sentence without early release!
Only government would find a way to release a violent offender on "Good behavior." BS

8:32 but it's still a crime. They will still have it on their criminal history. If it turns into a civil violation there will be no criminal charges.
