It's not the guns that should be "regulated" but people's morals 9:48. If you think for one second regulating firearms is suddenly going to make everyone peaceful then you need your head examined. To blame an innate object on the cause of someone killing another human being is disgraceful because it makes YOU a part of the problem. YOU are making an excuse and being an apologist for the breakdown of society. It's people like YOU who have blood on YOUR hands for ignoring the root of the problem.

Fact is there are enough gun laws on the books as it is and they insist on raising the bar! They just chip away at our Constitutional rights ever so progressively in increments to condition the public slowly. That sows the seeds deeper.

Being at that meeting gives me hope for the state and the country. I only have one serious problem with Sheriff Lewis, he is only one man. We need all we can get like him. Thanks to all the Sheriffs who stand with the Constitution!
Mike Lewis is a super sheriff and a man of convictions. He would make a wonderful state delegate or senator. Mike knows our local citizens' desires, beliefs and gives a voice for those of us who are weary of bills passed that raise taxes and slowly take away our freedoms guaranteed to American citizens.Mike stands tall, unafraid, well-spoken and is fair in his dealings with people.
