Nominations are being accepted for the 2013 Outstanding Public Health Leader award. This award is presented to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the public health of the citizens of Wicomico County. The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday, April 1, 2013 at Salisbury University.
Nominations can be submitted online on the Wicomico County Health Department website (http://www.wicomicohealth.org/index.asp?pageId=204) or call (410) 334–3480 to obtain nomination forms. All nominations are due by Monday, March 18, 2013. Late submissions cannot be accepted.
