BRIEF RESUME: Vehicle 1, while traveling west bound on Ocean Gateway, in the area of Old Railroad Rd. Hebron, MD., the vehicle crossed the center grassy median onto east bound Ocean Gateway. The vehicle then continued across both travel lanes striking a utility pole at the intersection of Old Railroad Rd. and Ocean Gateway. The vehicle came to rest on its side. The sole occupant was pronounced deceased on scene by EMS.
Troopers are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the cause of the accident.
CHARGES: Deceased at fault.
