Boehner Could Face Revolt From Republicans If He Caves On Taxes

The showdown over looming automatic spending cuts could doom House Speaker John Boehner if he caves to President Obama's demands for more taxes, says a fellow Republican.

"I don't quite honestly believe that Speaker Boehner would be speaker if that happens," Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson said on Fox News Monday when asked about the fallout from a possible deal on revenues....

I say let the cuts fall where they may, they have had plenty of time to get this worked out. If they have to be forced to make the cuts, so be it.

If we keep borrowing money from China to pay the debt and the interest on our debt, in 20 years our national language will be Chinese.

These days it seems like every two months the taxpayers are placed in fear from our government of an inpending doom. How many apocolypses can we have in one year?

I'm an Obama supporter, yet even I agree that raising taxes without major cuts to the budget is a bozo idea.
