3 Dead In Courthouse Shooting in Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) -- Three people died Monday morning in a shooting at a courthouse in Delaware, including the shooter, authorities said.

Delaware State Police Sgt. Paul Shavack confirmed three people died in the shooting at the New Castle County Courthouse in Wilmington. He said the suspected gunman and two women are dead. The city's mayor said one of the women killed was the shooter's estranged wife, but Shavack said police had not confirmed that was the case.

Shavak said in a noon briefing that the motive was still to be determined but that it was not a random shooting. He cautioned against information coming from any other source.

Wilmington Mayor Dennis Williams said in a telephone interview that he was told the man shot and killed his wife.

Oh yeah what a brilliant idea! I'm sure all the criminals who now have these firearms in their hands and those who have them illegally are going to turn them right in when asked.
Use your head 1:55. Crack and heroin are ostensibly "banned" and that's worked out really well hasn't it 1:55?

3 people are dead by guns and 2:23 and 2:30 want to trivialize and joke about it. Disgusting.

One place you may visit where you need to leave your gun at home is the court house.

I do not believe in the government taking weapons but I do think they have no place in the Court Room. I remember a decade ago in divorce court in Howard County a man killed his soon to be ex wife with a gun. Why was he able to have it there to begin with.

Instead, let's ban all stupid people.

THAT is what is really hurting this country. From government employee's, police, fire, MAYOR, teachers, (double whammy there), and the so called citizens who will take everyone else's rights away.

If you and others don't like this FREE,(supposedly), country, go to another one.

Oh wait, there is NO MORE free countries out there. WE are the last bastion of freedom and democracy.

And that is slipping away.

Ban cigarettes and cars which kill people 10x+ more than any gun.

Whatever a big government can give you, it can also take away.

And you would allow them to take away they didn't even give you?

To me, that is stupid.

3:07. My comment (2:23) was directly at the first comment. People immediately scream out "get rid of guns" when things like this happen. That guy wanted to kill those people, if not with a gun, I'm sure he would have figured out a way to get the job done. Maybe not at the courthouse, but he would have caused them harm.

Is Peyton Manning a good QB? Or is the ball, cleats, jock strap etc?

If you bowl a 300, is that you? or the ball/lane/pins etc?

It's not the tool that was used, it's the person who uses it.
