As a bloody-faced man was frisked by sheriff’s deputies and loaded into an ambulance, 28-year-old Andrew Henderson was recording the scene with his video camera — as he regularly does with law enforcement.
But as he recorded outside his apartment building in Little Canada, Minn., Henderson was approached by one of the deputies, Jacqueline Muellner, who then ripped the camera out of his grip.
“We’ll just take this for evidence,” Muellner said, the voices of the officers captured on Henderson’s cellphone. “If I end up on YouTube, I’m gonna be upset.” A copy of the cellphone audio was provided to the Pioneer Press.

Unlawful and criminal! Easy charges, maybe not so easy getting through "Homeland Gestappo"
I do solemnly swear that i will faithfully discharge the duties of my office and that I will protect and defend the constitution of the united states from all enemies both foreign and domestic so help me god. This oath carries with it a tremendous responsibility to safeguard the principles of liberty for witch hundreds of thousands of Americans have given their lives. The sad truth is most officers have even read the document they have sworn in the name of God to protect and defend.
And cops wonder why people hate them.
Yeah I know, it's the bad apples.
Just how many damn bad apples are we supposed to swallow?
It all starts from the top. If you want good cops then you need to lead by example.

bull shit. cops can think for themselves, IF they wanted to.
I know what you are saying and you are correct.
But cops know right from wrong and make their own decisions.
SOME cops WANT to be bad.
SOME cops joined just for that reason.
SOME is becoming larger each day.
10:10 what I'm saying is the top brass should make all the new cops read the constitution. If they take an oath to up hold it they sure as all hell should know what it says. The other day I read a good book called the proper role of law enforcement By Richard Mack every cop should read it. And yes he figured out he should think for hisself.
Cops with big heads usually don't have a lot of 'people' skills. It's like their brain quit functioning when they are sworn in.
They need higher saleries to attract better class of people. How many time have I heard that crap. We still have the same thugs.
