Zimmerman’s legal team released the photo, which they believe bolsters their case that Zimmerman, 29, was being beaten when he fatally shot the 17-year-old Martin in the chest. The photo was taken by police and only released to Zimmerman’s team recently, said Zimmerman’s lawyer. Previously, the team only had a black-and-white photocopy of the picture.
“That's really one of my frustrations. They originally submitted a black and white photo so we asked for a color copy. They then submitted a color photo copy that was drab," said Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara to Foxnews.com.

Well if Zimmerman had done his job as neighborhood watch and called the police and stayed in his house instead of stalking Trayvon he wouldn't have been there to get beat up. Too many of these neighborhood watch people are wanna be cops. Then they want to cry or kill when they get hurt. I'm sure Trayvon was no angerl but it still didn't give Zimmerman the right to follow and kill him. Trayvon had every right to be where he was.
You guys are funny. How about you all just sit back and wait for the results of the trial.
Love the "zimmerman was protecting himself" crowd. You are walking down the street when you notice you are being followed by a stranger. Stranger is still on you when you attempt to evade. Then the stranger confronts you in a threatening manner. Now tell me you also wouldn't have felt threatened enough to take action to defend yourself.
1035-If it was so threatening, why did Trayvon double back after getting out of sight and suckerpunch Zimmerman? He screwed up and got shot for it.

Of course that is according to the shooter's version of the story. A story that the detectives found mighty fishie. Again, how about we just see how the trial plays out instead of the play by play knee jerk verdict of public opinion.

Any photographic evidence in this case should be heavily scrutinized as manufactured evidence after the fact.I have no problem with accurate evidence obtained at the scene of the incident and/or at the time of the incident.The problem is that this just keeps expanding.When the trial actually is held I would hate to be on the jury,because I would'nt know if the evidence was truly legit.
No body mentioned where did the un eaten skittles go. Did someone eat them?

Exactly- Trayvon was a POS and nothing more. The handwriting was on the wall and he was either going to end up in and out of the court system or dead. He was nothing but a ghetto thug and lived his life as such and died as such. To deny that he was anything else is stupid and to make excuses for him is ignorant.
