Attorneys released graphic footage of a police officer shooting a man 11 times outside a suburban home — one day after the officer was cleared of wrongdoing. The suspect died and the officer who shot him is back on active duty.
Ernesto Duenez Jr., 34, was wanted in connection with a domestic violence incident the day officers tracked him down on June 8, 2011. Duenez’s attorneys showed the final graphic moments of their client’s life on Wednesday at a press conference in Oakland, Calif., the Manteca Bulletin reports.

since there are cops involved we will never hear the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, we will hear the spin. so unless that dude in the truck was armed with a suitcase nuke, i would say that 13 rounds fired in 4 seconds with 11 hits at very close range could be called just a wee bit excessive.
Should not have messed with the PO PO
Cop = murderer.
The man clearly threw the knife in the truck bed before the pig unloaded 13 rounds in 4 seconds.
His foot was entangled in the seat belt. He was trapped. Then murdered.
That's a good argument against automatics. The gun itself controlled the officer. Semi autos are all I own because they are more controllable.
A dead man can't sue you...he was just makin' sure...
