A COMMUNITY TOWN HALL MEETING

the Somerset County Commissioners

invite any persons or businesses affected by Hurricane Sandy to attend

A COMMUNITY TOWN HALL MEETING

to be held at Crisfield High School

210 N. Somerset Ave., Crisfield, MD 21817

on

December 20, 2012

Doors open at 6 p.m.

Presentation at 6:30 p.m.

Representatives from federal and state agencies, nongovernmental organizations, and volunteer groups 
will be available in the high school cafeteria before, during and after the town hall meeting to provide materials and to take your information. The cafeteria will open at 6 p.m.

The community town hall meeting will be held in the CHS auditorium at 6:30 p.m. and will feature an 
overview of the Individual Assistance offered by FEMA, brief presentations from other agencies and organizations to be followed by a question and answer session. Please note that only general questions can be answered. FEMA cannot discuss specific cases in public, but will have caseworkers present during the meeting to meet with individuals who wish to register for assistance.

Small Business Administration

Department of Business and Economic Development

Department of Social Services

Somerset County Emergency Services

Health Department

Somerset County Long Term Recovery Committee

The goal of this meeting is to provide all residents and business with the most up to date information on 
the resources available to assist them in recovering from Hurricane Sandy.
