The money will go for schools.....however the money they have now allotted for schools will go to pay for all their special little projects. How many times have we heard it's for the kids...only to find out a few years later they are using that money for something else. This is just more money the democrats can spend as they see fit.

Gambling is a tax on ignorance which is OK by me. The problem lies that the government has too much money now. There is a spending problem not a revenue problem.
