The United Nations Special Rapporteur on Counter-Terrorism and Human Rights has warned Americans not to elect Republican Mitt Romney in next month’s presidential election, saying that doing so would be “a democratic mandate for torture.”
The UN’s Ben Emmerson was referring to Romney’s refusal to rule out the use of waterboarding in interrogating terror detainees, a practice that President Barack Obama has ended.
Colin Perkel of The Canadian Press reported Emmerson’s remarks from a symposium in Toronto on the impact of 9/11 on human rights:

There's yet another perfectly good reason to Vote against Obama! If the UN wants it one way, RUN the other way as fast as you can. They know Romney will keep this nation sovereign and Obama will roll with their every wish.
I hope, if Romney gets in, he sends that whole crew packing by the end of January.
China and Saudi Arabia are members of the Human Rights council, they could move there and make recommendations about their leadership.

613, I'm all for Israel. But please look up "Sovereign" in the dictionary. Pretty much means we live by out own Constitutional laws within our own borders and not by some outside rules other than some trade agreements, Israel is free to do the same as far as we are concerned. And your point?
