Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Press Release 8-24-12

On August 23, 2012 at approximately 11:57 am Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Located Mr. Drew Bowen Lippard 38 years of age of Philadelphia, PA. at the Ocean Pines branch of the Worcester County Library. Mr. Lippard was wanted for failure to appear in court in Pennsylvania, on July 19, 2012 on charges of Criminal Mischief, Damaging Property, and Trespassing. Mr. Lippard was arrested and was taken to the District Court Commissioner where he was held at the Worcester County jail without bond.
