Lance Armstrong Will Be Banned From Cycling By USADA After Saying He Won’t Fight Doping Charges

Lance Armstrong persevered through the most difficult bicycle races on the planet and survived testicular cancer, but this week, the 40-year-old found a battle he had no interest in continuing. Armstrong said late Thursday night that he will stop fighting allegations that he used banned substances during his stellar career.

After Armstrong’s announcement, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency said it would ban the cyclist for life and recommend he be stripped of his record seven Tour de France titles.

I think is should be allowed to keep his titles of the Tour de Frances winning races. From what I understand he never tested positive one time in the process of this. He lost his"nuts" isn't that enough?!!

Obama gets a Nobel prize for nothing and Lanze gets this BS.

Political BS - the USADA is WAAAAY outside of its original purpose and scope.
I think he's tested negative around 500 times. He's just plain pooped of fighting.
The witch hunt will go on as planned.

USADA does not have the power to strip him or sanction him, It is up to the UCI .

Lance, you can PROVE you won 7 tours. You cannot prove a negative. We know what you did. Screw them and their medal game.

America knows the truth. Some half pint agency thinks they can erase accomplishments beyond the scope of mortal man.We are the most informed and enlightened country on earth. How dare anyone suggest we disregard Lance's feats.Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think America was known for great bicyclers before Lance came along.
