Yes, it has been quite exciting. The USA athletes are really making us proud..
No. The few times I have read any stories about the games there seems to be a scandal involved.
The rampant sex, the cheating and admitted cheating, the manipulation of the match schedules, refusal to play their game or intentionally losing, etc.
If all that makes anyone proud, your morals are just as screwed up as theirs. No integrity whatsoever.
And that beautiful javelin thrower who couldn't even qualify but was just there for her picture to be taken in Nike apparel.
Proud? I am ashamed of most of them.
