In what can only be described as an insurance nightmare elevated to the highest level, Fisher writes about his sister, Katie, and her 2010 death, which was the result of a car accident. The incident, which he claims had very clear and obvious fault, involved a driver running a red light and fatally hitting Katie’s vehicle. While a settlement came very quickly after her death, it wasn’t much, as the driver at fault was under-insured.

I have my motorcycle insurance through Progressive. Just got a quote from my auto company. Will not stay with a company that does this.
Don't take it personally Fisher family, "it's just business". Progressive's first priority are their shareholders, not the insured. All you conservatives who love the fact that this country has been taken over by the corporate elite should find no problem with this.

Progressive is a liberal, left wing company. You can see their lack of morals in this case.
I wonder if this happens in any other state? This accident happened in Maryland and because it did is why they can not sue the insurance company. Thanks Maryland!
