The passenger side depends on witch way you"re going. I drive car with right side drive. However, the most important issue is the Delmar police dept. is fining 6000 bucks a month on that location. My only concern is that the fine for 12 miles over the limit is set, by law, at 40$. We have people riding "crouch rider motorcycles", passing at 80-to 100 mph. Folks, the location is a posted school zone.

However, the suv is on the south side of the road.
This is totally off topic sorry, but someone mentioned a gas station the other day that sold pure gas without the ethanol in it but I can't find the comment or remember where it was. I know there is one in Fruitland somewhere but this one I think was in Salisbury. Anyone know?

Is Foskey Lane in a north,south,west,or,east direction? Makes sense to me, that it depends what direction you are going, and more importantly, where is the steering wheel in the car?

Dude, whew, rt 13 runs north and south. Foskey runs east-west, as in west of 13.
It makes no difference which direction you are going as the position on photo vehicle is given.
This is AMERICA. Where would you suppose the steering wheel is?

1103, the steering wheel is in front of me when I drive, and if you travel east on Foskey and happen to pass a white suv parked on the south side of the road, keep going and turn south onto rt 13, go 2 miles. The Shell station with ethanol free gas will be on your left.. Also sold at Bruce's station on main street near DeVages restaurant. Then there's the Red Fox on 13 in fruitland. Watch your prices, but you will get MUCH better MPG with it. Happy speeding.

I would like to give Delmar a shout out. Those guys are actually working. I see ccars stopped night and day on Rt.13. I dont know what happend but it is a good thing. I would go weeks and not see a cop in Delmar during daylight hours. We all know why. To the officers that are willing to work. Awesome job keep up the great work. As to the R.O.D.S. (retired on duty) only Hal Sailor has that right he earned it. The rest of you get out of the office and do some freakin work.
good grief people, the radar is on the shoulder on the same side of the road as the school. the camera gets you no matter which direction you're driving. questions?
This is 11:03. FYI Foskey Lane in Delmar is both east and west until the Foxwood development, then north and south from that development to Connley Mill Rd. I happen to live there and have for 40 years. I also drive a 1952 Bentley with steering on the right side. Any Questions?
There is no occupation of this vehicle. When I passed it heading westward, tho posted speed limit sign was obscured. I had just turned onto foskey & realized suddenly I may be going too fast & immediately slowed. I knew the school was there and I would have to soon stop at the rr xing. Camera caught me at a time I was elsewhere(ticket stated the time), I braked & that's when it got me going 44 mph. (@ that time of day, I was in a restaurant parking lot with friends.) No policeman, no recourse...pay fine. THE CAMERA ISN"T MANNED and IT NEEDS TO BE, IMO.
