U.S. Leads The World In Auto Sales

When it comes to auto sales, the United States is leading the rest of the world. Automakers in China, India, and Europe are struggling with falling sales, but the United States is surging. In the first half of this year, auto sales in Chine rose a mere 2.9%. But, in the United States, auto sales are up 15%. According to estimates, the U.S. is on track to sell 14.5 million cars this year – the most in five years. It wasn't too long ago when Detroit was on the verge of collapse. President Obama stepped in and took bold action to rescue American auto manufacturers – while Republicans like Mitt Romney criticized his efforts. Now we know the right course of action was taken.

This post is factually inaccurate. Most of GM's sales are IN CHINA. Obama used taxpayer money to bail out GM Union workers--making sure they get their pensions while the private sector has none. Most of GM sales are also due to taxpayer funding in the ordering of fleet cars by the government, especially the disastrous Chevy Volt. Another dishonest, untruthful post.

So MOST of GM's sales are in China, and MOST of GM's sales are in the ordering of fleets by the government?

I assume you mean the U.S. government? Although it would make more sense if yu meant the Chinese government.

Your comment is factually inaccurate. Another dishonest, untruthful comment.

Obama used taxpayer money to bail out GM Union workers

That was about the only true statement in your whole comment.

The bailout worked. Get over it you America-hating jerks. GM is alive and Bin Laden is dead. The President gets my vote of approval.

2:48 Google GM sales China. Your twisted logic is amusing. Typical progressive liberal convolution of the truth.

I have no idea what you are rambling on about.

I googled gm sales in China, now what?

Twisted logic? Those are not even my words. They were made by the one I was addressing. Or is that you?

But you're right, it is amusing. But alas, I cannot take credit for it. I was merely pointing out what was said didn't make sense.

So thank you for noticing that. But now I'm curious. Are you the one who wrote it?
