Makes no sense at times. Chasing a #2 sex offender all around like a hound dog in heat, but then at the same time we have hundreds of VIOLENT gun banging felons running the streets and being allowed free access to the people to shot / main / kill and get bonded out on bail,only to kill while out on bond.
