Nice Carp
I saw the guy Friday evening catching the Turd Carp over by the Ramada/Holiday Inn. He said he was going to eat it along with the other fish he caught in Poop River.

It's a turd wrestler! That's what my brother used to call anything out of the Wicomico river, God rest his soul.

Carp is ok tasting, just have to be remove the mud veins or it will taste like dirt. I'm sure if that dude can catch 'em he can cook up real good.
I have a recipe for cooking carp.First,clean the carp and scale it.Then nail it to a board about 2 feet long and 12" wide.Put a lot of salt,pepper,oregano and chopped onions on it and bake it in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.When it's done cooking,take it out of the oven,throw away the carp and eat the board.
That is some nasty fish. Poor guy has no clue about eating turds from the Wicomico River.
Most of you have no clue what you are eating anyway so why put this guy and his fish down?
You eat tons of chickens and they eat crap all the time. Not to mention all the chemicals the growers put in them.
