This is a prime example of political pressure at its best, he's was guilty from day one because he is a white man who had the nerve to stand - up and defend himself!
That prosecutor is a puppet or a coward.pick one.
Why is he considered white and Obama is considered black? How do they determine a persons race? Heck Obama is more white than anything else. His mother was white and his father was half arab and half black. Someone explain how they figure out a persons race.
As with the Casey Anthony case, Zimmerman was overcharged. It was probably planned this time to take the heat off the special prosecutor. When the jury finds him not guilty she can say she tried.

I think so too. I think it would be easier to beat this charge than say, one of manslaughter.
They got their arrest. Now go home and plan your next robbery.
Anon 7:02, I will tell you how they determine a persons race....it depends on what is needed to fit the template of stirring up the most discord. If Zimmerman was the victim of the police or a white person he would be categorized as Hispanic. If he was the victim of another Hispanic then race wouldn't be mentioned at all. If he were the aggressor on another Hispanic race would not be mentioned, either. So his race really doesn't matter except in the context of a "good" story.
This prosecutor is a typical politican. She licked her finger and saw which way the wind was blowing. She then (as in Anthony) overcharged, hoping for a plea to a lessor offense. I hope Zimmerman defense decides to go to trial and the jury shoves it right back in the State of FL's face as they did in Anthony.
Race is brought up only because Zimm. pegged an innocent young black male walking down the street in a hoodie as being a suspicious criminal on drugs.

"Zimm" was asked by 911 dispatch what the man looked like. white, hispanic or black. That's the question chipped out of the 911 call by NBC which went to his answer..."he looks black." The producer was fired. All "Zimm did was answer the dispatcher's question.
He's about as guilty as OJ Simpson, no evidence and an aquittal forth coming.
Expect riots along the lines of when the police were released for beating Rodney King.
Everyone thought OJ was guilty and he was found guilty in civil court. Where was the riots and outrage when Simpson got off with the premeditated double homicide of two white people?

Martin did use drugs and was a criminal, 9:51. He was suspended for having a baggie with marijuana residue in his backpack and before than was caught writing on walls and when the school official searched his backpark to look for the marker found 12 pieces or woman's STOLEN jewelry in it. And burglary tools!
