CHESTERTOWN, MD.
A Baltimore woman has been charged with throwing a drain cleaning liquid at a Chestertown man, temporarily blinding him.
Thirty-nine-year-old Wanda Gross surrendered to Baltimore County police on Thursday, three days after the alleged attack.
