Redistricting On The Eastern Shore

Joe:

The shameless hubris of the corrupt Democrat machine is showcased in this latest redistricting plan put forth to insure that Rudy Cane and the self indulgent Norman Conway are securely ensconced in power, regardless of the will of the taxpaying, private sector people of the lower shore..... Both are useless to those who work for a living.... They are trying to eliminate representation to the rural areas and small communities and get rid of conservative voices such as Charles Otto and Mike McDermott... There is no more honest harder working delegate than Charles Otto.... Mike McDermott has spoken out about the obscene spending and underhanded tactics and those of the same ilk as Conway and Cane would like to rid themselves of the scrutiny he has brought to bear... Let us hope the people of the Shore will stand up and vociferously block this undemocratic power play......... The despot's heel is on thy neck.... O'Maryland,my Maryland......

There is nothing we can do... Plus this is in the other side of Maryland, you know across the bridge...

Where as Martini O'Malley takes our tax money and money for this area and puts it in his area of balt-o-whores, and says how he helped Maryland...

4:30 Yes we can. We can vote the bums out, especially Conway and Cane. I have been a registered Republican all my life, and many times have voted for Democrats. But with the conditions of our State and Federal Government never again.

I am a Republican who only rarely has voted for a Democrat. One that I did vote for years ago was Norm Conway, whom I considered somewhat conservative then. I wish we could "vote the bums out," but it really is nigh impossible--and probably even more so if this redistricting plan goes into effect. With the heavily Democratic majority in both houses of the Assembly, the plan will be adopted. I am wondering, though, if the Republicans wouldn't have done the same thing if they had been in the majority.

Lets add Pollitt and Ireton to the "bums" list!
