Just more Government regulations. We are regulating ourselves out of business.
You thought Maryland was doomed before, wait until these regs come into effect. This state will become a pay to play state with only the rich building anything!
This plan is to squash any person who would dream to be a developer or build his own building for a business because only the rich donors to dems will get to build.
No doubt Cane, Conway and Mathias support this land grab.
People like TEMCO have robbed folks long enough, no more crap buildings like the Center at Salisbury etc....
The only reason for these guys to get involved in this would be for their own personal gain. The growth decicions should continue to be made by the counties, but then that would restrict lobbyist money to the campaign coffers of the party in power. This is a bad piece of legislation but we will shortly be told how wonderful it is and how great the governor is for getting it passed.
