In a new book, newspaper op-eds and interviews, former Justice Department lawyer John Yoo argues not only for the legality of the advice he gave government policy makers, but also for its effectiveness in preventing a sequel to the 2001 attacks in New York and Washington. "In the decade to follow," Yoo writes in the Wall Street Journal, "the most incredible thing to happen was this: nothing."

This entire adminisration should undergo waterboarding. Obama first then Pelosi then Frank etc. etc..

And then everyone who voted for Obama!
None of these air-heads who oppose the waterboarding can answer this question --- "If you knew the person you were interrogating had information about a terrorist act that was about to kill hundreds, if not thousands, of Americans, would you use extraordinary methods (like waterboarding) to get information, or would you read him his rights and plead with him to please tell us? You know, right after you've given him a soft pillow and a brand new Koran?
Waterboarding is not torture. Period.
What the North Vietnamese did to our POWs was torture. And yet I never heard any liberal call for an indictment in the World Court for any North Vietnamese.
