Nice turn out to our Republican get together with our new National leader. Great ideas but the truth is it is really up to us to step up and get things done. Great to introduce our grand daughter to her second meeting. Remember next 9-12 meeting Thursday Sept. 1, Millsboro fire hall.
Received an email from my friend on the far left, I know you will find this hard to believe but he disagreed with much of what I had to say! Interestingly enough I believe we are closer on many issues, but yet a universe apart on others. Again he has walked in the government world I have not. He says you can not get the money out of the way on either side. This does indeed seem to be a major problem with all whom I talk with. Even my friends on the right say when you get there, there is so much money it is hard not to be swayed. Again another reason for people with Christian values and a relationship not just religion should be involved. So how do I feel we are closer on issues? Let’s take poverty and people who need help. Well the way I see it is many of those people simply need a hand up, not a hand out. Yet big government wants to continue to give them things not necessary like cell phones, internet, and computers. REALLY? Not to be redundant but when the church was the hub of the town then that is where people went for help. Now I know you think that was a hundred years ago but even our church does the same thing. We have helped people who are local to help build an orphanage in Haiti and have sent missionaries around the world. If our small church can do that can’t others? But oh no we can not speak of the word of God to these people, we need to separate church and state. Yet our founding fathers believed in the Holy word of God ,and it should be the foundation of everything! You see the difference in this concept from our position is it is not optional. Many on the left who say yes church is nice only believes that is a “part” of the answer. Where people like me believe God must be the foundation of everything and once we do this then the authority He has given us can be fully expressed by the POWER of Y O U! As the Pastor says, say oh me or Amen! My friend is correct, our leaders for President need to get more clearly defined, we the people already have our teams in the field at the ready. We just need a quarter back. We already know who the OWNER is….Just saying!
Health and Fitness News watch: Mid back or thoracic spine. You have 12 vertebra that make up this part of your spine. Now the transition of your cervical spine(neck) moving to mid back(thoracic) seems to be a very stressful area. You see when you do anything looking down such as reading, writing, working on a computer, falling asleep in a chair or propped up on more then one pillow. These are a few things not counting if you have ever been in an 8 mph car accident or greater! The nerves to the mid back can affect many areas such as low neck and shoulder pain, those nerves also go to heart, lungs, liver, spleen, gall bladder, and much, much more. So as a Doctor of Chiropractic we look for these misalignments and utilize a gentle adjustment. The common question is does it hurt? I have literally adjusted my kids since the day they were born so the answer is, no. Our goal is to help you look better, feel better, and live longer in the shortest amount of time without drugs or surgery. Now we are not anti drugs or surgery but our philosophy is to try the most natural approach first. Does it work? Well some of our biggest referrals come from orthopedic surgeons, as well as general Mds. So, what do you know they don’t that would prevent you from coming?
