Whenever I read something like this I always go to Judiciary Case Search and take a look at the perpetrators criminal history in MD. Just about every time I do this it reveals that the person has a history of criminal behavior with never anything more than a slap on the wrist. After looking up Rodney Henri you can see a list of previous arrests for mostly violent crimes. The most this man has ever received is 60 days in jail. This is shorter than the time Marines spend away from their families at Basic Training. Most of his arrests result in Nolle Prosequis' Stet Dockets, or dismissals. I attempted to make a spreadsheet one time to put together some of these criminals long rap sheets with virtually no punishment but it was just all too time consuming. When are people going to stop allowing this from our State's Attorney's offices and Judges in this state?

I completely agree with you that those who are charged are not charged severely enough and vice versa. I guess it all depends on who you know and how well you can manipulate the system.

The Daily Times reported that he even called 911 and made up a false story about the girl's boyfriend assaulting him, just to get the guy out of the hotel room. He watched "from the shadows" as he was arrested then went in to the hotel room immediately after.
