Incident: Disorderly Conduct

Location: 400 block of N. Main Street Hebron, MD
Suspects: Anthony S. Vinson, 23, Hebron, MD
Narrative: On 14 March 2011 at 6:14 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office investigated an incident in the 400 block of N. Main Street in Hebron. While en-route to the call, the deputy learned that a resident, Anthony Vinson, was allegedly disorderly and acting in a manner that caused a disturbance both inside and outside of his residence. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that Vinson was upset because his mother would not give him a pair of new sneakers she had purchased for him until he cleaned up the residence. The deputy witnessed the belligerent and disorderly actions of Vinson and also observed that he was causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. The deputy also determined that Vinson was also intoxicated.
The deputy placed Vinson under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner released Vinson on Personal Recognizance.

ha. this guy came up on a job site of mine one time and was acting all crazy. bad enough to be living with your mom at 23 but having her buy you shoes, thats bad. The generation of entitlements. Bums.

This just happens to be one of the people living at the house, which a concerned neihbor, left the note on the stop sign about the drug dealing from this house. Joe had it on his site a few weeks ago...what a piece of crap from this great town..
I remember that kid from High School. Wasnt much of a success then, and obviously hasnt gone anywhere since... I'm sure this wont be the last time tax dollars are spent to make sure the "little guy behaves"... SMH

Wow..the arrests keep growing for the animals in this area. This is the guy Melissa Gambrill left her husband for 3 years ago with her kids. Now both ex boyfriends and Melissa are all locked up together...one big happy family....hahaha. a momma's boy and 2 child abusers. Misery loves company and let them stay caged up.

Melissa Gambrill dated this young man...Boy she was liking them a little young...She sure did not need another child to raise ...Maybe she would have given him his little shoes..Grow up boy..Help your momma clean up that dump..Its an eye sore to our town of Hebron...
Anthony was basically good kid with a huge heart who was born into the lifestyle.
He learned all his alcoholic tricks the honest way, at home from his parents at a fairly young age.
Everyone loves having a disabled person around at the beginning of the month when their check comes in to support the household and it's substance abuse habits.
Stand in line behind him at the store and watch him pay for his parents beer.
I think a snowball in hell had a better chance than this kid.
Melissa Gambrill must love the drugs and alcohol too!! This dude and Billy...Billy has manufacturing charges too. She exposed her kids over and over to men like this. Plus she got hooked on prescription pills and did cocaine with Billy. And she worked at Zoe's Place in Hebron around more innocent children. WOW! I pulled my kids out! What is this world coming too?

Yes she did. She worked with the before and after school kids and whereever else she was needed to pay off her bill to the owner....Ms. HOGG. Since P.O.C. only paid so much and she got fired from her last job. She was unable to pay for daycare so she "worked" off her bill.....and her youngest son attended the daycare....NOT ANYMORE!! He will NEVER step foot in that small time ....no background checking....babysitting service....again!
To the person who said he learned this from his Parent(s) you are dead wrong I am his Father and live in new orleans I Left Anthony"s "Mommy Dearest" when Anthony was only a few months old after finding out that as I was out working she was busy cheating on me.
I have no criminal record at nearly age 48 and the 3 children that I ended up raising in my next relationship also have no criminal records with my one son buying and owning his own home at age 19 had I raised anthony he would have grown up in a healthy and safe home I do not blame Anthony I blame his mother for not giving him a chance.
