BRIEF RESUME:

On 03-14-2011 @ 1957 Hours, Troopers responded for a Motor Vehicle Accident involving a pedestrian, on Southbound Route 13 North of Northpoint Drive in Salisbury Wicomico County MD.

Preliminary investigation revealed that a motor vehicle had struck a pedestrian at that location. The pedestrian, who was attempting to cross Route 13 when he was struck by vehicle 1. The pedestrian was then struck by vehicle two.The pedestrian David Eugene hancock of Delmar, Maryland was transported to PRMC by Salisbury EMS where his injuries were assessed and then flown to University of Maryland Shock Trauma. The driver of the motor vehicle 1 and motor vehicle 2 and all passengers had no apparent injuries.

The crash is under investigation.
