I've known and worked with Dr Bowen for over 20years.
He knows what he's talking about, and doesn't subscribe to the past thoughts of ignoring gangs, and hoping they'll go away.
He was a pretty damn good summer cop many years ago in Ocean City. Was a pleasure working with him.
