If someone had robbed her she would be glad the video went "viral" to help catch the thief. Since she is an idiot she is embarrassed, well last I checked being embarrassed for being irresponsible is not lawsuit worthy. She is one of those "it's ok for everyone else but not me" people. She even said in a video it is funny if it isn't of you. Well guess what the world doesn't revolve around her and it IS funny!

They just had a report about her on ABC. She only wants an apology now !! It seems she has a few felony convictions for theft and one pending for unauthorized use of her friend's credit card (in the amount of $5000)

I am very sorry she fell... But I thought it was funny! And I don't understand why she said instead of the security people "chuckling" they should have sent someone to help her. What did she need help with?? It is obvious she got up and out of the fountain on her own and continued walking.

If that was me that fell, I'd be a bit embarrassed because I was texting and not paying attention. I would probably still be laughing at myself....not crying on tv trying to get people to feel sorry for me!
1:18, same here. I would be laughing my butt off at myself! I probably would have been laughing so hard at myself, I would have fallen back into the fountain. If the video went viral, I would be embarrased, but hey, I would get my 15 minutes. I sure as heck wouldn't sue. I would be telling my friends, "Look how clumsy I am. Nothing's changed since we were in school!"
