Wilmington-The Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registry unit is currently searching for James B. Davis, 36, of Wilmington, DE. 

 

Davis, a Tier II sex offender, has violated the sex offender registry requirements by failing to re-register as a sex offender. Delaware State Police SOAR agents have obtained an arrest warrant for Davis and are currently attempting to locate him.
