The United States will give an additional $150 million to the Palestinian Authority as Washington seeks to boost the fledgling government amid an impasse in peace talks with Israel, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on Wednesday.
Clinton made the announcement in a joint video conference with Palestinian Prime Minister Salam Fayyad, who has been scrambling to fill a huge projected budget hole as his government expands services in expectation of full eventual statehood.

ya know, i coulda used that money.
And all this is going on while we are struggling with foreclosures because we can't pay our mortgages. Many people in the US are homeless and starving. Many of us are living pay check to pay check and still getting furloughs.
I challenge ever decent American to vote out any incumbent, Republican or Democrat, that supports any types of bills like this one.

I wonder how many rockets, mortars, and shells THAT will buy?? I also wonder - just what did they say they needed the money for? Can't extend unemployment benefits in this country and we have $150 million to spare for a government that advocates the destruction of our only true ally in the whole region? I thought for sure we were FLAT broke and writing bad checks to cover our bills. WHO found the $150 million and where did they find it???

Well the PA needs the money to launch a few rockets at Israel. Otherwise, how would Israel be able to justify the use of White Phosphorus bombs and Depleted Uranium against the women and children of Gaza?

What a joke, the US is flat broke and we are going to give the PA money. I guess it really doesn't matter, we can just print more or borrow more from China!
