Wilmington -- October 2010 - The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has awarded the Delaware Transit Corporation (DTC)-DART First State $5 million to build a new DART Maintenance and Park & Ride Center at Five Points near Lewes, Delaware. DTC will use the funds to build maintenance and operations facility with a supplemental public Park & Ride lot to serve beach visitors, and the towns of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.
The current Georgetown facility was built over 20 years ago and, despite one renovation and expansion, is inadequate to support current DTC operations. The Park & Ride lot will be relocated to the maintenance facility location. It will alleviate traffic congestion in the beach area and is anticipated to encourage more use of DART public transportation.

I think capital investment is not a good measure to check the performance of a company, its just cash flows which reflects a company performance
