BRIEF RESUME:
On 7/25/10 at approximately 0155 Troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack responded to W/B Rt 50 W/O Main Street Ext for a person laying on the shoulder of the roadway. Upon arrival, a 39 year old white male from Salisbury was found laying in the woodline. Upon investigation it was revealed that the white male was struck by a vehicle. The unknown vehicle fled the scene after striking the victim.
The victim was transported to PRMC for serious injuries sustained to his head and extremities. The public is encouraged to contact the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack with any information pertaining to this incident. (410)749-3101.

Main street Ext is in Pittsville.
Read the press release before you comment... Its says West Bound 50, West of Main St Ext. West of the intersection is Parsonsburg. In fact it about half way between Parsonsburg Rd and Main St. Ext.
