Arrested: Quamaine Huggins, black male, 18 Y.O.A., Delmar, DE
On 07-05-10 an officer of the Delmar Police Department responded to Peninsula Regional Medical Center for a report of an alleged rape that occurred in Delmar, MD. Further investigation revealed that on the evening of July 5, 2010 Huggins allegedly sexually assaulted the victim. The officer applied for and received a warrant for Huggins and Huggins was subsequently located and arrested on 07-08-10. Huggins is being held at the Wicomico County Detention Center without bond.
