On June 18, 2010 at 2052 hours, A Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police responded to the intersection of Rt. 12 and Robins Avenue in Salisbury for a hit and run crash. Upon arrival, Troopers learned that a white passenger car failed to stop for the stop sign on Robins Avenue at Rt. 12 and pulled into the path of a red Honda van driven by A.J. Tucker, 35, of Salisbury who suffered non life threatening. The van struck the white passenger car broadside causing it to rotate 360 degrees. The driver of the white passenger car sped away without contacting anyone at the scene. Troopers later located the white passenger car at a trailer in the Eastwood Village trailer park located off of Johnson Road. The vehicle, a white Oldsmobile Alero was operated by Larry M. Lecates, 47, of Delmar. Lecates was transported by Troopers to PRMC for non life threatening injuries. Lecates was charged with more than one dozen traffic violations including leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, failing to stop for a stop sign, reckless driving, negligent driving, and driving on a suspended license.

Yep and as long as he can breathe he will continue to drive on a suspended license. Unfortunate at the expense of that lethal weapon he will be driving.
