Delegate Page Elmore will not seek re-election due to health issues. I received the following from a friend close to Page."Joe,
Page announced he is withdrawing from running for his seat for this upcoming election. This is really going to make things interesting. Wonder if Cannon will try and run for that seat. I know of someone in Somerset County who will probably run."
Interesting how some are thinking just like I was. In fact, I called John earlier today to ask him if he's interested in running for that seat and he stated he would get back to me early next week with an answer.
More importantly, Page Elmore is one hell of a good man. He has served the 38A District well and we certainly wish him the very best in his retirement. Thank You Page!
Salisbury News will have some breaking news, (aside from Cannon) on Monday referencing the County Council and a Republican Candidate we will be supporting at large.

Any guy that changes his party affiliation from democrat to republican like page did is ok in my book.
John is a great attorney and would make a great advocate for the Lower Shore.

7:05 you must be thinking John Cannon the RINO. The John that is running for Page Elmore's seat is John PHOEBUS, an attorney from Crisfield.
To bad John didn't decide to run for states attorney. Some attorney should run for states attorney in Somerset like Sam Vincent in Wicomico. It's time for change at all levels.
1119 PM, Christy Hickman and her husband are Obama lovers and Albero haters. Found that out last year at J. Millard Tawes Crab and Clam Bake.
If you are a true democrat you worship Obama and even O'Malley. They are sick people in my opinion and yes change is needed in Washington, Maryland, and Somerset County where the democrats rule for now.
