Not at all. Was successful in sending an email to locals businesses that had popup ads on DT & WBOC web pages letting them know that their ad was sufficiently annoying not only would I refuse to patronize their business, I would encourage others to do the same. DT got to the point where their only advertiser was themselves; now I avoid that site.
NO! If someone uses a pop up ad - don't even begin to expect my business. You just lost any chance of me giving you my business. Same with loud obnoxious commercials on TV! Most sites which do pop ups that bypass my pop up blocker are no longer visited by me either if I can help it.
Love-'em - right before my root canal....the best ones are the ones that blast all over the screen right on top of the stuff you're actually trying to read.

NO
no. they are annoying and can cause the loading of screen to become too long.
I have one of the best Internet security programs that blocks all of them.
nope, i run firefox with adblocker plus. not only does it block popups, it blocks 99.99% of all ads.
if it misses one, you just manually add it to the block list and it remember the provider for later :)
No. We get on the internet for a reason, not to be bombed with pop ups from something totally different.
I appreciate them in the same manor I appreciate a herpes outbreak
Not even a little bit...and the DT website is the MOST annoying. If I freakin' wanted Netflix I'd have it.
Nope
