Statement Regarding Governor O’Malley’s Department of Human Resources
“Marylanders have a right to wonder why Governor O’Malley has left a vital state agency (DHR) without a long-term leader. The citizens of Maryland, particularly those who depend on this agency for key services, deserve to know the reasons behind this abrupt departure and why there was no succession plan in place. Failure to be forthright with Maryland on this matter will simply leave too many questions unanswered.” - Bob Ehrlich
