When you decide to go with a hip-hop moniker like Chamillionaire, it's probably not the best PR move to let one of your houses go into foreclosure. But, says the rapper, it wasn't because he was having money problems. Instead, he handed the manse back to the bank because he just didn't feel like paying the mortgage on a house he never lived in.

Sounds smart to me. He spends most his time riding dirty anyway.
It's because he didn't feel like meeting the obligation on a legal contract he signed. He ought to go to jail.
911-Who in America meets their obligations anymore? From the top down, our society doesn't pay for itself. Our gov't. Our largest(ahem, too big to fail) corporations. I'm not defending him, or his actions, but there are a lot more culpable crooks in our society then this clown.
if i am paying my mortgage on time every month, do i get a break? do i get to get out of my mortgage? can i get a bailout? no. so why is it, when these people make a bad investment they get off? i think everyone should stop paying or make all the bad investors go. has to be one of the two to make it fair.
