OCPD Press Release

BERLIN MAN ARRESTED AFTER LEAVING THE SCENE OF A PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT
FOR DUI AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA WITH THE INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE

On February 28, 2010,
at approximately 00:42 a.m., Ocean City

Baltimore Avenue with a piece of a broken light post lodged
under the vehicle.

During the on scene investigation officers believed Schissler to
be intoxicated. Schissler was eventually arrested for Drunk
