GOVERNOR O’MALLEY, LT. GOVERNOR BROWN TO LAUNCH MAJOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE


ANNAPOLIS, MD (March 1, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley and Lt. Governor Anthony Brown will join education and community leaders tomorrow at Prince George’s Community College to launch a major workforce development initiative. The initiative will aim to increase the skills level of Maryland’s workforce in order to better align the Administration’s job creation initiatives with the skills needed to fill those jobs.
