As a Code Enforcement Official in the State of Pennsylvania, I may not enter a building without due cause, unless if I believe there to be an immediate danger to life and health. A Tenant does have the authority to grant permission to enter if they have a legitimate complaint regarding their space. Additionally, I may not take photos unless if I have permission of the building owner. I can enter the building with what is called an "Administrative Search Warrant", but I am under the same requirements as Police Officials- I must document probable cause. Without permission, the only photos I can take are from the public right-of-way, such as a sidewalk or street.

Gary and Shanie are probably shaking in their shoes! If I was the two of them, I would leave town! And Louise - well, she is another piece of work! They ALL three need to go....and go now!

Good show, Joe. Look forward to it. However I think Americans living in the late 20s would argue that this past year is the worse this country has ever seen. lol Take care and Happy New Year to You and Yours

Joe, I have posted a link to your site on a page I am editor of. People are allowed to make comments on the 'story' but the link takes them directly to your site.

My intention is to help your numbers and get more people aware of what you are all about and what you have done to the community.

I will include a link for you so you can check it out. If you have any objections, let me know and I will immediately kill the 'story'.
