TROOPERS ARREST MAN ON DRUG CHARGES


On December 18, 2009 at 1530 hours a Trooper from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Mt. Herman Road near Powellville Road in Powellville, Wicomico County Maryland. Through further investigation, a passenger in the vehicle, William Booth Sellers, 29, of Powellville, was arrested and charged with possession of marihuana and paraphernalia. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed additional marihuana. Sellers was taken to WCDC for a hearing before the commissioner.

I wonder if the poster smokes..... seeing as how they don't even know how to spell Marijuana correctly.

Actually, Mr. or Mrs. Know it All, both marihuana AND marijuana are correct spellings. Check the dictionary before correcting others.

Probable cause search is a laugh. They search the car whenever they want regardless of probable cause.
