Christmas Parade? Cold bad weather...why????
For a few local shops, please. The only people that attend are the parents.
They can see their children at home.
I love christmas, say 'Merry Christmas', keep decorations up for weeks, BUT A PARADE NOW with so much to do in freezing weather??? I still don't get it.

P.S. Even the parents agree after thawing out and treating kids for frostbite.

10:35- Obviously you've never been to the parade. It's a great example of an old-fashioned home-town parade that brings joy to many people. It's not for a few local shops, it's for the community! Something called hometown pride, which we lack in Salisbury. Everyone wants to bitch and moan here, and you're a prime example. God bless us everyone!

The Pocomoke parade is the best one I've ever attended on the Eastern Shore. I'm glad they postponed it for a night because I would not have stood out in the RAIN for that long. I don't care about the COLD but rain is just not good for anybody involved!
