Resume: Gary R. Walls has been charged with Burglary 2nd, Felony Theft, and Criminal Mischief for an incident that took place on 07/05/09 on Pauls Lane in Seaford Delaware between 1600 and 1800 hours. This incident involved an unknown suspect entering a residence while the owner was out shopping. Once inside the suspect removed items from inside the residence and fled the area. Gary R. Walls was arraigned on the above charges by Justice of the Peace #4 and released. No further information in reference to the case can be released at this time.

They shouldn't have let him out the first time.
