STOLEN VEHICLE
DATE: 3/31/09 CC# 2009-9258
INCIDENT DESCRIPTION: Vehicle was taken while the victim was asleep, sometime between 2300 hours on 3/30/09 and 0900 hours on 3/31/09. Victim allowed two subjects who she had just met help her move belongings into her home. Victim fell asleep while the suspects were still in her house, and woke up to find her keys and rental car were missing.
VEHICLE DECRIPTION: Silver 2009 Mazda 5 (SUV/minivan crossover) bearing MD registration 7ESS50, registered to Enterprise Rental Company. VIN: JM1CR293X90345648. Keys are with the vehicle.
SUSPECT INFO: White male, early 20’s, short brown hair, approximately 6’1”, very skinny. Last seen wearing a camouflage colored jacket. Suspect has a tattoo on his neck.
White female, early 20’s, short brown hair, 5’7”, very skinny. Last seen wearing a long sleeve white shirt. Suspect’s first names are possibly Josh and Ally.
LAST SEEN: TIME: 2000 hrs. DATE: 3/30/09 PLACE: 302 Herbal Ct. Fruitland, MD

This is just too amazing. How could anyone just take a nap that late at night with, obviously, two total strangers still in their house. I mean, Darwin, where are you when we need you.
Ok...time to officially call "shenanigans"...who is going to risk hard prison time for actually allegedly 'stealing' a mini-van?? Trust me, they are not exactly "Kitty Magnets." If you are going down for felony grand theft auto; at least get a joy-ride with something like a kickin' V-8 and/or some righteous rims and such....
Here's how it played out...
victim: "Hey you, you strangers over there. can you come help me move some stuff into my house?"
suspects: "umm, sure"
(a little while later)
victim: "thanks, strangers, for helping me. I'm going to lay down now. That was EXHAUSTING! Just show yourselves out."
suspects: "ok, g'nite." quietly to each other "man, i was hoping she could give us a ride somewhere. Oh well, lets just take her car. afterall, we're old friends now, right?"

BTW..I actually just noticed the LKA of the vehicle was "Herbal Court." Nuff' said. Too funny..I write fiction/satire, and can't make this stuff up!! Bravo!!

That was my 1st thought-sounds like a drug rental to me.No offense but what single woman,all alone,invites strangers into her home to move?Just cut to the chase and show them where you hide all the expensive sh*t.....
Lock the "victim" up for her own good, because she probably traded the vehicle for some crack, or she's too dumb to take responsibility for letting the vehicle get stolen by crackheads that she knows....ANYmouse

Something is fishy here. I live around the corner from this house. She didn't just move in on 3-30 or 3-31 -- she moved in last week -- the Uhaul truck was unloaded and gone either last Thursday night or Friday night (not sure exact date). So if they "helped her move" they were done doing it several days before they "stole" the car -- why were they still in her house several days later? hmmmm.
