Are You RRRReady Tooooo Rummmmble?

The Civic Center is being transformed as we speak and after last nights weigh in, let me assure each and every one of you, Fernando Guerrero is ready to fight!

TONIGHT is the night and after hearing about ticket sales last night, you better get in line early today because this event is going to be close to being sold out! There are still good seats available but they expect around 2,000 people at the gates tonight wanting to purchase tickets and from what I hear from pre sold tickets, they're going to be sold out, no doubt!

I don't know about you Folks but I'm excited! It's not often we're going to get this chance to watch this particular Home Town Fighter having the power to make companies like Showtime and ESPN2 come to us, so do get out today and purchase your tickets. It's an experience you'll NEVER forget as long as you live.

That being said, there will be another 2 FREE Ticket Giveaway Today. I will present it earlier today so we can have a chance at turning in all the names and everyone can get their tickets.

So stay tuned this morning because this is it, this is your last shot at 2 FREE Tickets to the Greatest Show In Town. LOL

Looks like Fernando has been bench pressing SUV's with Mike Lewis! I predict a forth round KO when Fernado drops Rosario like a bag of dirt.

Dang we should have had a contest for the predictions. I hope everyone stays for the whole show, we need to convince ESPN that Salisbury is the next Atlantic City for boxing.

Having the Civic Center as a revenue provider will help us crawl out of this pit of a poor economy.

I hope you hicks enjoy this fight cause it may be the last one you see in that town. After the weigh-in and all that stuff about the scales being off....salisbury is a joke in the boxing world!

Anon 11:07 - see that little X in the top right hand corner of your monitor...USE IT. What I see is another Anonymous jerk afraid to show who he is. Hal Chernoff and Fernando Guerrero are no jokes and are major assets to our community of which I am proud of their accomplishments.

i gotta say that im very proud of salisburys own top boxer .. but at the same time embarrased at the site of our civic center! its very old which should not be the excuse ,.. hard to explain .. its drab..and dirty looking.. the town wants these big events here and thats fine but we need a civic center the town can be proud of.

I agree it needs updating but lets get it making money so we can fix it up without draining taxpayers.

Why not try a sponcor to name it after, Pepsi Pavillion, Perdue Auditorium. Jim Mathias got OC a million dollars or more a year by making pepsi the offical drink of OC. Come on think tank!

For a while now Fernando has been one of this area's best kept secrets, won't be like that long.

ESPN should bring their own scales, that way they are the same as everywhere else, minor glitch.
