NASCAR NEWS...Jeff Gordon fires his entire pit crew.......
This announcement followed Gordon's decision to take advantage of the government's program to employ Harlem youngsters.
The decision to hire them was brought about by a recent documentary on how unemployed youths from Harlem were able to remove a set of wheels in less than 6 seconds without proper equipment, whereas Gordon's existing crew could only do it in 8 seconds with millions of dollars worth of high tech equipment.
It was thought to be an excellent and bold move by Gordon's management team as most races are won or lost in the pits.
However-Gordon got more than he bargained for! At the crew's first practice session, not only was the Inexperienced crew able to change all 4 wheels in under 6 seconds, but within 12 seconds they had changed the paint scheme, altered the VIN number, and sold the car to Dale Jr. for 10 cases of Bud, a bag of weed, and some photos of Jeff Gordon's wife in the shower.
Don't shoot the messenger, it's a joke.

Don't know who this Gordon dude is, but it need not matter since nascar or whatever it's called will soon be history. Good, a waste of electricity for sure. Speaking of car thieves, is there a national registry of stolen autos? I know of a local dirtbag with what I believe to be a stolen vehicle, and he is trying to get a title for it. I'm no rat, but I would like to know for my self.

Harlem's really not that bad of a place these days. Guliani and Bloomberg have relly cleaned NYC up. The joke should be updated to change the location to Baltimore.

9:14 is correct. NYC, especially, Harlem has really been gentrified. Baltimore, on the other hand, just gets worse and worse.
BTW, I didn't think this joke was funny. Technically, you wouldn't blame the messenger, but you didn't have to "deliver" this joke, so no immunity.
I thought it was funny. I think it is time we can beging calling a spade a spade without feeling like we are doing something wrong.
